A large double room near Clifton down

We currently have a large double room with rear garden views in a 3 bed room flat available

Situated on a quiet street on the edge of Clifton next to the Clifton Down Train station and Whiteladies Road. Therefore plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, and only a 20min walk into the city centre.
The flat has all the white goods including dish washer, wash machine etc. There is also use of a communal garden.
The room is mostly unfurnished but comes with a large solid wood Wardrobe. And the new housemate will have the opportunity to buy the other furniture from the old housemate, as he will be travelling. (Bed, matress, table & chair)

You will be sharing with Carl (29) and Lucie (26), we both outgoing, friendly and enjoy a drink or two. However our late night student parties are a distance memory. We are pretty social and we do watch our fair share of ‘dinner date’ as well, We would also have the occasionally flat meal. We are currently looking for a tidy, friendly housemate to share.

Rent is currently £435 and a deposit of £435 is needed. (Will confirm with Landlord). It is a private landlord, so there are no admin charges. The bills aren't included in the rent but we have found that if we put £120 in a month easily cover the bills and have money left over for communal stuff for the flat and a flat meal from time to time.
