Bright double bedroom to rent in a two bed flat with balcony, fully equipped kitchen + washing machine, bathroom with a bathtub and nice living room. Only one other person living in the flat, so it's a very small house share !

The room is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe, and the flat and the kitchen are furnished with the usual white goods, two fridges, a freezer, washing machine, dish washer and all my cooking stuff, which you are very welcome to use. Or bring yours as well, there is plenty of storage!

5 min on foot from Clifton Village, 20 min walk from city centre/University, the bus stop is very close (1 min walk).

There is a garden shed where you can store a bike safely and communal gardens.

Professional only, non smoking, with references (employer + landlord).

I am a female teacher, 31, French, with 2 cats !

I am a quiet person, not the party type but I love to cook and enjoy a nice chat on the balcony or movie nights and a nice coffee/beer at the pub.

I'd like to be friends with my flatmate, not just share the walls.

If you are like minded, please do not hesitate to contact me ! I do archery twice a week and go to the theater all the time. I'm actually learning how to play the guitar and taking Japanese classes in Bristol city college so I'm quite busy, with lots of interests!
