I am a doctor, looking for an easy going considerate professional (boy or girl) to replace my outgoing housemate who is sadly leaving to move into her own place. I am quite busy during the week working, but enjoy weekends out and about in and around the Bristol area with friends and family. I enjoy keeping fit, so i can indulge at the weekends!

The rent includes all bills (TV, elec, gas, water etc). There are no agent fees to pay. The security deposit is the only extra expense. The room is available from 1st Jan 2017.
