Double room for rent

Second floor flat with a double room to rent with walk-in wardrobe. All furniture provided and fully equipped brand new kitchen. Large communal living room. Parking permit available if needed. Bills come quarterly.
I am the property owner. Looking for someone who is generally clean, friendly and positive. At least 1 previous reference required as I had a tough start with my last roommate. I am a student midwife. I have stretches of time when I am in university 3 days a week and some stretches when I work at Southmead Hospital. Ideally would like my next roommate to respect that I may be on nights and need to sleep if that is the case.
