2 double rooms are coming available this New Year .
We have spent 3 lovely years here, but now we are off on our adventures, so we are hoping to find 2 more friendly people to take our rooms.

House details -
We live in a beautiful house with an open plan living room, dining area and large kitchen. Plus we have a large TV and pull out sofa in the communal lounge, perfect for movie nights in.
We have all the latest amenities; a dishwasher, washer dryer, double oven etc.
We also have 2 balconies, with a table area and a BBQ (perfect in the summer).

The house is based just down the road from Park street triangle, so only 10 minute walk to town or Clifton and right next door to the beautiful Brandon Park. also only 25 minutes walk to the train station.
Garage parking could be available (at a small extra monthly cost).

The rooms available are as follows -

Room 1: Is a large double bedroom (unfurnished) right next to a bathroom on second floor
Room 2: A large bedroom (unfurnished) with access to 2 balconies on top floor. (potentially available 22nd Dec).

Housemates -
The 2 remaining housemates are both working professionals (aged 29 & 30) and are very friendly and easy going, looking for someone like-minded and sociable to join the house.

£600 a month
