2 Double rooms in Clifton

We have a second floor flat on Whiteladies Road in a great location close to shops, pubs, The downs, restaurants etc! My two flatmates are moving in late June, and can potentially be flexible on leaving date.
The rent is £450 per month including bills. This is cheap for the area, the only catch being that we don’t have a living room!! But we do have a large social kitchen and spacious airy bedrooms which make up for it. I have lived here for two years, and ideally seeking friendly social gals to join me! Myself and current flatmates love going out for food/cocktails etc :-)

There are no agency fees for this flat! The two rooms are both a great size and whilst the flat was let unfurnished; the 2 flatmates who are leaving are happy to either take their furniture if you want to bring your own or you can buy it from them!
