We have an older small dog JRT who
is very friendly once he knows you but he is not allowed in your area but he will at times be staying with me in Reading so not always in the house.
We would prefer a professional person who works during the day no night shifts .

My husband will live here full time but I will visit only now and again as I live most of the time near Reading . Hubby likes to cook and bbq plus motorcycling , cycling , squash , rugby and going to our local friendly pub. Although 70 he is very active and enjoys sport.
We have another female tenant aged 35 who lives in the annexe upstairs. Washing machine /dryer is in the upstairs kitchen and shared with her only .
