Light and Airy Self Contained Studio in Combe Down

Detached studio with private access and open plan living room/kitchen, and separate bedroom in a quiet location in Combe Down Village. It would suit a post grad or mature student as we are offering this on a term time only basis. However you can leave your belongings in the studio over the holidays. Please note that bills are included in the rent and you only pay during term time.
The bus stop to Bath uni and town is a 5 minutes walk away, and the uni is a pleasant 35 minute walk or short cycle ride on country footpaths.
The kitchenette has a small fridge freezer, combination microwave oven, induction hob, kettle and toaster. There is access to a washing machine and dryer in the main house.
The bathroom has a power shower.
The bedroom has a large wardrobe with plenty of storage space.
The living area has a corner sofa and tv, and a desk can be provided.
Heating is by electric radiators.
