A well maintained and fully furnished student house in Combe Down, Bath. Its a 15 minute bike ride from Univ of Bath , less than 10 mins by car or 20 by bus.

There are 4 study-bedrooms in the house with 1 currently available. Shared space on ground floor includes:
a lounge, a WC, and a kitchen/diner which is a great place to relax and eat, with a view of the garden. There's a secure shed for bike storage in the garden. 
Upstairs there is a shared bath/shower room.  
One vehicle can be parked off road, but there's plenty of parking available on the road too. The house is in a great location with nearby pub, supermarket, bakery, chippy and bus stops to get you to city centre or univ campus.

Broadband and water rates are included in the rent. Gas and electric bills are shared between the tenants.
