The house is fully furnished so it would suit someone with not a lot of furniture but we can be flexible with this arrangement. There is a bathroom shared by downstairs occupants (it lies adjacent to the communal lounge).
Clean, communal kitchen space.
Nice, communal, suntrap garden.
Driveway at the front of the house.
Bills will be evenly split 3 ways. Council tax is not factored into bills as this is covered.
I have a small dog, 'the pig', who is a bit of a disaster. Very cute, but will eat anything that is not bolted down. He will also sit on any laundry that is in a pile. He is not tough.
If you’re not a clean and tidy person, this is not the fit for you.
Located bang in the centre of Combe Down Village. Excellent access to the Uni, or Town.
