Bath Uni post-grads only, for September 2023 to August 2024 please.

Well presented, spacious semi-detached, in a quiet road in Combe Down close to the Uni.

We currently have three PhD tenants continuing from the 2022/23 year. Single bedroom ("room 3") overlooking the garden is the only room available.
