Small Double Room in large 2 Bed flat

I am renting a furnished double room in my modern ground floor flat sharing with one other person (myself).

I work at Dyson in Malmesbury but work from home 80% of the time at the moment only going to the office for odd spells to complete work in the labs.

My current flatmate is leaving on short notice so I'm looking for a tenant professional or student to join me in my cozy 2 bedroom flat from March 1st.

I work from my bedroom but the 2nd bedroom is probably too small to double as an office. My current flatmate uses the living room as his office from 9-5 and that works out great at the moment.

I'm open open to having in person viewings, can wear masks ect if you would like. Also available to hold a virtual viewing on face time if that better suits.

The flat is owned by my parent and they will be putting it on the market very shortly and will mean the earliest sale completion will be around September. Therefore I am only offering up to a 6 month contract and am happy to take shorter tenancies. This will also mean annoyingly that the flat could be getting viewing quite regularly until a buyer is found but will also mean that I will have to keep it completely spotless while these take place.

I'm a very laid back guy so should be a very easy transition for anyone moving on short notice and I can help you with anything you need during the moving process. For anyone looking for something permanent in Bath this contract will take you to August 31st when lots of house shares will be available.
