Hi all!
I am looking for someone to move in as my current flatmate is moving out - I own all the furniture within the flat, 2 double bedrooms, sofa, tv, kitchen stuff, dining table. The room I am renting out has its own bathroom with shower over bath.
The rent is £500pcm not including bills - including bills it is around £650 each per person per month. Since the flat is unfurnished rent for £500pcm I'd be personally looking for a deposit on the furniture.
I have already set up sky/broadband and been living in the flat for almost 2 years.
I am 25, moved to Bristol two and a half years ago for work - I am an Engineer working in the area.
Ideally I'd be looking for someone who is a young professional, clean, tidy and sociable. I'm easy going and organised - I have quite a busy lifestyle with full time work, fitness, football and seeing friends.
