We have a comfortable, spacious, fully furnished double room in a large Victorian family house off Whiteladies Road. Near the BBC, hospital, university. Being central, it is not easy with a car, so we tend to walk everywhere.
The room, at the top of our house, is quiet and self contained, and has its own bathroom and small kitchen with rooftop views. There is no washing machine, but a wonderful laundrette just 4 minutes away.
We share the front door and stairs.
We are looking for a quiet, mature, non smoking professional, who is looking for a calm and comfortable furnished space, and is out most of the day.
All bills & wifi included. £660.
Available March for short or longer term (from 3 months).
Monday to Friday lets also considered.
