Large double with own bathroom

Large double bedroom with own bathroom in big flat, awesome area of Cotham.

I’m 30 and work full time looking to share an awesome space with someone friendly. I work in food & drink, enjoy music, reading and sport.

The apartment is furnished but space if you have your own furniture. There’s a bed and mattress available but I can get rid if not required. Lots of space and on street parking possible with a permit.

I have ultra fibre broadband, full sky tv package, Netflix etc, a guitar to play, fully stocked kitchen and a plant I might need some help keeping alive.

The street is quiet but 5 minute walk to Whiteladies/Cotham Hill, 10 minute walk to the arches, 15 mins to centre.

Prefer someone a bit longer term.
