I am a 29 year old primary school teacher and I will have a spare double room available (unfurnished) in a top floor flat (with a lovely view) in Cotham from early December.
It's close to Redland station and Glouc Rd and easy to walk to town too. It is £440 a month - not inc bills.
I am a chilled out, clean/tidy person, who enjoys walks/ swimming/ going for drinks at the pub/ food out/food in and am looking for someone I will get on with and live together as mates rather than completely keeping ourselves to ourselves! I do enjoy time alone too though and will often be knackered from herding little people in the week!
