Double room in lovely 2 bed flat in Cotham

Looking for a lovely person to share my quiet rented 2 bed flat. The flat is in Cotham (5 mins from the Arches on Gloucester road). It’s a relaxed creative cosy home, on the top floor with lovely views and lots of light with big sash windows. The bathroom has a skylight with shower and a bath, there is a working fire in the front room and central heating throughout.

The room is a smallish double which comes unfurnished, ( possibility of leaving bedframe, drawers, rail) the rest of the flat is furnished but might be able to squeeze a few things in. There is also a loft and space for bikes downstairs. There is a drive with 2 parking spaces that the flats share and permit parking. Council Tax band B.

I am the lead tenant and my current housemate is leaving at the end of our tenancy so will be signing a new joint contract for 6 months to start on 8th March

The flat is a real sanctuary so I am looking for a flatmate who enjoys a similar chilled vibe.

I am passionate about films, books, spending time in nature and living in tune with my natural menstrual and moon cycles. You’ll find me wild swimming all year round, hiking and camping..
I am however currently recovering from long Covid so rest is a big priority at the moment.

There are no fees, he’s a lovely private landlord (gets things sorted quickly). He requires 3 months payslips and 2 references, character and employment so must have provable income/ guarantor.
