Short term let in Cotham

Small but bright and airy double bedroom in a recently refurbished flat. The room is fully furnished with bed linen and towels provided if needed. Fully equipped modern kitchen, including microwave and dishwasher. Shared bathroom has a bath and powerful shower.

The flat is located in a Georgian property in Cotham. Easy walking distance to Gloucester Road, Cabot circus, the Harbour and Clifton. Would particularly suit someone working at the BBC or Bristol Royal Infirmary. There are 3 other flats of young professionals in the building - everyone is respectful of noise.

You would be sharing with a quiet and clean live-in landlady, who is a full-time Primary Teacher. I am happy to share the living space and love to share the occasional drink/meal. The flat is small so, in terms of noise, please be aware that I have early nights and early mornings during the week. I spent 2 years renovating the flat, so am looking for someone who will be respectful and look after it.
