Double Bedroom In Cotham

The flat is located in a modern apartment block at the top of Cotham Hill, providing easy access to Whiteladies and Glous Rd.

The room becoming available at the start of next month (August) has a comfy double bed, with wardrobe, storage cupboard and blackout blinds. While the flat in general has an open-planned living room, modern kitchen and large private courtyard. You would also have your own bathroom.

I am a social and outgoing 24 year old, who is typically out of the flat for most of the day due to my work but like chilling (watching films, cooking and reading) in the evenings. Enjoy going out for a few pints (or several) but those party/clubbing days are behind me. I do have a physical disability so need to be at the least kind and considerate of that. Otherwise, as long as your friendly and open minded I am sure we will get along great!!
