Two Bed Flat on Cotham Brow

My existing housemate is leaving at the end of May, so I’m looking for someone to move in at the start of June.

The house is fully furnished but welcome whoever would like to move in to bring whatever they have with them too.

The flat has had a complete refurb and has a brand new kitchen, toilet & separate bathroom.

There is an off road parking space/driveway and I don’t drive so it’s there for the taking to save the awful parking in the area - permits cost approx £100-150 a month.

The property is located on Cotham Brow, seconds from Gloucester Road, and a ten minute walk from the city centre and Whiteladies road/Clifton. There’s a tonne of bus routes available within a few minute walk to the Centre, Cribbs causeway and Aztec West.

I’ve lived here since October 2022 so have already set up bills for council tax, internet/TV, gas/electric etc. Each month works out around £200-£250 a month, happy to break this down!
