Garden Flat double room in Cotham

Hello, we are two young professionals, both aged 23, looking for a third flatmate (sorry no students!) for a garden flat just off Whiteladies Road near Clifton Down station. It’s a 25 minute walk to the centre, with lots of transport links, shops and pubs nearby.

The tenancy would run from the 5th of July 2023 until 5th July 2024, with the possibility to continue beyond that on a rolling tenancy. The price of the room would be £685 per month, not including bills or council tax (band B).

The decently sized double room is furnished with a bed, cupboard, chest of drawers, desk and bedside table. The flat also has a lovely garden and we’d be down for having a few bbq’s in the summer!

We are both musicians and studied physics at Bristol uni. We’re relaxed, friendly and sociable and appreciate a film night as much as a couple pints at the pub. Felicity would be working from home 3 days a week and so we would prefer the house to be relatively quiet during the working hours on those days. However, outside of that time, we’re happy for the house to be more lively.
