Phd roommate wanted

Looking for a phd (preferably in your final year) to rent this flat together. The tenancy period would be early September till next June.

The flat is in a great location, five minutes walk to Clifton Sainsbury's, ten minutes walk to the uni, easy access to the restaurants and pubs on Whiteladies Road. The flat comes partly furnished, with whitegoods (including a tumble dryer!), wardrobes and a sofa bed, which means we'll need to buy our own bed and desk and etc.

I'm in my final year of phd, so will spend a lot of time in my office writing. But I'd prefer to keep the flat in good condition together with my flatmate, doing chores together or in turns for example.

Since I'm still a student, I'm ideally looking for a mature student as well, so there will be no council tax issue.
