Excellent location in a quiet residential area in Cotham in central Bristol with superb transport connections. Local train station (Redland) is just 150 metres walk from the house, with direct connection to Bristol Temple Meads station (12 minute journey) every half hour. The house is only about 7 minutes walk from Gloucester Road and Stokes Croft with their many buses, bars, live music, and restaurants of all nationalities, and 10 - 15 minutes walk from Whiteladies Road and Cotham Hill. The BBC, Bristol University, and all the central Bristol hospitals, (Bristol Royal Infirmary, Children's Hospital, St Michaels, Eye & Dental, Haematology) are all within 10 - 15 minutes walk from the house, as is Bristol bus station (from where buses run every 10 minutes to Bristol airport). The city centre and harbourside are 20 minutes walk.

Furnished room, including desk and large fitted wardrobe. Gas centrally heated. There is a bathroom and a kitchen with table and chairs which are shared with one other person, but there is no other shared space. I have one lodger and am basically looking for a second. There is secure 24 hour wi-fi throughout the house. There is a garden which you will be welcome to use.

I'm a live-in owner, but I have a separate kitchen and living room. It is mostly a quiet house (although I do like music!). I see several people before deciding.

Sorry, no pets. Working adults of any age (23+) are welcome, but no students I'm afraid.
But paid postgraduate students are welcome, as of course are paid researchers/teachers and lecturers.
I cannot accommodate couples, sorry. A female is preferred to maintain a balance, but males will be considered too. Whilst I might consider short lets of at least three months, I'll give preference to those looking for longer lets. I may consider those looking only for a Monday - Friday monthly let.
