The communal areas in the flat are fully furnished - the bedroom has a large wardrobe (that can be removed if preferred), but is not furnished.

As for your flatmate Steve, what can I say? He's a great guy - down-to-earth, sociable, relaxed, tidy, and always up for a few drinks down the local if you fancy it.

But what about the location you ask? Well, it's a short walk to town, the downs, Gloucester Road, Clifton - basically a 15 minute stroll from anywhere that's worth going.

All bills are included in the rent, which includes gas, electricity, water and internet.
