Double bed and basic storage for clothes. A small desk. Towels and bedding can provided.
The room has its own bathroom adjacent with a shower, basin and toilet which is shared with one other lodger in the room next door.
I live in the property as do my 23 year old son with his 18 month old daughter.
Shared use of the kitchen including the fridge and cooking facilities. There is a living room with TV and dining area. Access to a washer/dryer if required. There is a large communal garden you are welcome to use. No couples or pets please.
