Double room to rent in Cotham- short term let

Hi, my name's Matt and I'm looking for someone to rent the spare room in my flat in Cotham, for the next 3-4 months before I potentially rent the whole flat out or sell the flat.

The flat is in a great location close to the arches and all the amenities of the Gloucester Road. It is also about 20 minutes walk to the city centre, 25 to the harbourside and close to the BRI and the University. It would suit someone who is just moving to Bristol and wants to get to know Bristol a bit better before deciding where to live, as it's in walking distance to a lot of places.

I'm a Physiotherapist currently working in the NHS, not in a hospital, but I am doing face to face work. When I'm not working I'm out on my bike or meeting up with mates or having friends round to sit in the garden.

The room itself is not huge and probably wouldn't suit someone who needs a lot of storage. The flat is in good condition, with a fairly modern kitchen and bathroom. It has it's own front door and sizeable garden, which also has a brick shed for bike storage.
