Room in bungalow down the lane

I live in a bungalow just off Downend High Street with easy access to buses, shops, eateries, walks etc. I have a spare room very suitable for a single guest with shared access to bathroom, kitchen and dining room. There is a large garden, south facing with parking for one car. It is very peaceful here as its off the main road. All bills are included in the rental fee.

Good location, a short walk to both Downend and Fishponds for shops and amenities. Easy access to Bristol city centre (10min walk to the bus stop), buses to UWE, Emersons Green, MOD, motorway network and Bristol Parkway station.

I do a lot of work at the Church and I'm friendly, active and sociable and looking to rent the room to a working professional and someone who’s friendly, considerate and tidy. Whilst the room’s available Monday to Friday, I'm happy for you to leave some belongings in the room over the weekend.

I have two black and white cats.
