Double room to rent in Staple Hill

A bright and sunny double room to rent in a victorian terraced house available from 1 May but can be a little flexible on dates after 1 May. Preferably as Monday to Friday let. The photos have been taken recently but they are as decorated by the current tenants (i’m moving back in on 1 May). The room will be freshly painted with a wardrobe and bedside table. I could provide a desk as well if needs be.

I am a live in landlord looking for someone to rent my spare room. I have owned the house since 2019. I’m now looking for someone to move in and share my home. I’m fairly flexible on who, however, you must be working full time and not WFH. I will also consider a Monday to Friday let. I’d like someone with their own social life but would also enjoy spending some time together. It would be nice to have someone that's not just a lodger I pass in the hallway.

I like to cook during the week and enjoy a couple of pints at the weekend. I ride a motorcycle and I’m a keen cyclist. I also enjoy bouldering and try to go once a week.
