Please note this is a Mon to Fri let only, no weekends. This single room is in a well decorated, very clean and tidy, in the Bromley Heath area of Downend and is close to supermarkets, takeaways, shops and bus stops. There is a second lounge/TV room with dining area for tenants at the rear of the property. I have my own lounge at the front of the property. The house is ideally situated for anyone working at Emersons Green, Bristol Business Park, MOD, UWE, Filton, Southmead Hospital and also with very close access to the Ringroad, M4, M5 and M32.
