I have a garage conversion that is a large enough room for a living area as well as a double bed and en-suite bathroom. It is very private with its own entrance which backs onto the garden. It is next to the kitchen which is the only shared area. Would be ideal for a professional who needs to commute to Bristol or the M5 motorway with junction 19 being just a minute away. I have had lodger happily living there for 10 years and more recently someone for 3 months who was working temporarily in Avonmouth.
