Large double. room with en-suite for female

I am renting a large double room with en-suite with its own private entrance accessed by the side of the house. The room is located on the ground floor on my 4 bedroom detached house in the quiet village of Easton in Gordano. It is just 4 miles from Clifton village in Bristol and 1 minute from junction 19 of the M5 motorway and 3 miles to Portishead Town and Marina. The kitchen is shared and I live in the house with another female lodger who works shifts for an airline. I work from home Monday to Friday, it is a quiet home and we are clean tidy. The room is very private and a really nice space. There is space on the drive for parking. Available from around April. I am unable to give an exact date right now as my current lodger who has lived with me for 2 years is purchasing her own property so the room will be available when she completes on that property. I just thought I would advertise the room now as someone may have a plan to move and can work with not knowing the exact date yet. Looking for a mature female please.
