Main bathroom has shower over bath and is shared with 1 other and there is also a downstairs toilet.
The house is 2 miles from junction 19 M5 and is on the bus route to Bristol/Portishead. Bus stop within 5mins walk away.
Local shops/pubs/takeaways within a 10 minute walk.
Tenants MUST be NON smoker and must be able to clean up after themselves and keep their room clean and tidy.
I would prefer a female tenant and would also consider a Monday to Friday tenant.
