Sunny cosy room for rent from June in Easton

Hi there,
My name is Belén.
I am looking for a lodger to rent a room in the house. I am looking for a tidy, easygoing, calm, quiet and respectful person; Someone who likes having conversations and meals sometimes together, and has an independent life at the same time. We will be only 2 people living in the house. The house is very quiet and I work from home during the week. I am looking for someone who feels comfortable with the idea of being in a calming space and me working from home with individuals. Respectful and tidy.
The room is a small double room with a double bed, a wardrobe, a desk and a chest of drawers. It is very quiet and sunny because it is looking to the garden. We will share the bathroom, kitchen and garden. The kitchen is big enough to sit and have your dinner or relax.
The living room is not shared as I work there.

The house is located in Easton next to the cycleway. It is close to Stapleton train station and Lawrence Hill train Station. There are supermarkets close (Iceland, Tesco, Lidl and local shops), and it is close to M32, a bus stop.

I am a holistic psychotherapist and I work for schools and I do Therapy at home.
I am tidy, flexible and relaxed. I love doing therapy, I am friendly and enthusiastic. I am 45 years old. I do love meditation, circus, dancing, travelling, cooking, meeting friends, natural medicine, healing...

It is very important for me that the person who will live here will be independent, and respectful with the house cleaning and living peacefully and calmly. During the week I work from home and it is important that the house is quiet.

The house is next to a small park, and the neighbours are friendly and relaxed.
You will need to pay the rent of £ 600 with bills included (council, water, electricity, internet, gas and petty cash for the house cleaning products included). Plus a deposit of £600.

The rent will start from June 2024 and I am looking preferably for someone who will stay at least 6 months. I will consider people who would like to spend less time as well.
