Quiet home in vibrant area

Great location good for all transport options. Many great local shops, cafes and well reviewed boozers, with several great neighbouring suburb. The house itself is on a popular road very close to the Bristol to Bath cycle path.
The house consists of a simple kitchen and bathroom, plus a good sized central dining/sitting area. Lovely garden and yard filled with flowers and veg, with several cosy sitting spots, including a sheltered hammock hut with fruiting bramble hedges.
I am a single father with a daughter at university whom rarely visits. Other tenant being a bartender and local handyman. Both frequently out and about but enjoy a quiet meal or bbq in together. This accommodation would suit a PHD student or professional. This house is nonsmoking and there is no television but there is broadband and radio. Our regular fortnightly cleaner keeps the house fresh on top of already tidy tenants. Ideally seeking short term tenant but term length negotiable.
