Double room in spacious modern 2 bed home

Hi,

Great room to rent in a spacious two bed house, right in the heart of Redfield and Church road Available from around the 2nd of May. I currently have a friend staying who is renovating his house so Im yet to firm down a date he can move out.

The house is right on the Bristol to bath cycle path and you can get from the door to the to then centre in under 10 minutes with out going on a road. If you like there is also a million busses and a train station that goes to Gloucester Road and Clifton. Church road has some great pubs and places to eat, Gym!! not to mention the HUGE park!!!!! Oh and if you like the Easton vibes and restaurants that is only a few mins away too.

The house is newly renovated, has a good sized lounge, kitchen diner, utility room, garden, bathroom, accessible attic space and 2 bedrooms. The room pictured is the one for rent but an old photo, ill update ASAP. It's bigger than it seems 3.6m x 3m, its hard to get a good photo on your phone lens ;-p. It easily takes a desk and still gives you plenty of room. The house also has secure bike storage.

As for bills, due to the crazy rising of all bills at the moment we would be going 50/50 on all of them, I no longer include bills in the rent.

I'm a active person with a large friendship group in Bristol and the local area, I climb, surf, mountain bike and road bike and enjoy a good film.

I am looking for someone who likes a nice home and can keep it nice, who is respectful fun and friendly. I work in the media industry which can get a bit hectic and stressful so like my home to be pretty chilled. It will be the start of the summer so the perfect time to move in as I just got a new BBQ…
