Light and peaceful room available

The room is a good size and overlooks the garden so light and peaceful, and has a comfy king-size bed and lots of storage space. The house is newly renovated and in the Greenbank area of Easton, close to nice pubs, shops and cafe's and right next to the Bristol-Bath cycle path. Also has good bus and train links to the city.

There is a large open-plan kitchen-dining room and a cosy living room with a wood-burning stove. The garden's lovely and sunny, with a patio that gets the evening sun and is lovely for bbq's with space to store bikes etc.. It's a lovely and light house and somewhere you can feel relaxed and at home.

We're a couple with a small child, so looking for someone friendly who is happy to live with a family. We're friendly, sociable, easy-going and tidy, my partner's a musician and i work in the environmental field but am currently on maternity leave.
