Massive, colourful double room in quirky 2 bed victorian terrace in great location in Easton. 1 min walk to Stapleton road train station and St. Marks road shops and restaurants. Good access to M32.

To live with 40 year old Northerner and 2 half siamese cats. LGBTQ+ friendly. I work in healthcare and work shifts. I’m looking for someone easy to get on with, happy do a bit of communal cooking or go for a beer on occasion.

Price includes all bills (electric, gas, water, council tax, TV licence, super high speed broadband (have home office set up from previous tenants) plus Netflix. There is no bike storage, this has been an issue for lodgers on the past. This rental would involve the tenant cleaning regularly (their room, bathroom, kitchen), I clean communal areas. Might involve a bit of cat feeding if I’m out.

Room is at the back of the house and is quiet. It contains a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed side table, desk, comfy chair, loads of storage (closet/cupboard, under bed storage), new carpet and can provide bed linen if needed.

Shared lounge, kitchen and downstairs bathroom. Sunny garden. There is on-street parking available. The house is no smoking but can smoke outside.

One months notice to leave, after agreed period one month deposit, month by month rolling tenancy agreement after agreed period . Deposit will go in tenancy deposit scheme.
