Double Room in Easton

We're looking for a third housemate for a double room we have in Easton. We love the area and it's the reason most of us moved here originally. It's not available before or after the 28th of April.

The rent is £333 but with the bills on top it averages from about £390 to £420 per month. The deposit is around £340.

The room's rent is cheap as the house came unfurnished, though it's now fully furnished. I believe the current housemate is taking most of her furniture from the room, though she say's she will possibly leave her bed - there's also a large built-in wardrobe (see photos).

The property agency will ask you for two references as well as an agency fee where they run a credit check. This is standard practice.

A creative type who wants to live in a relaxed house would be ideal for the room. Female preferred.
