Single room available

A single room is available in my house from 1st June 2020

I am looking for clean, considerate, professional house mates. We’ll potentially be home a lot for a while so keeping a pleasant home environment is a must! We only tend to occasionally use the communal lounge so independent house mates would be ideal. This is not a party house and we want a housemate who will respect the quarantine.
The house is 5 minutes walk of Stapleton Road train station and Stapleton Road bus routes.

There is a communal living room and garden as well as a big kitchen and bathroom and all rooms have been recently decorated.

There is a communal washing machine and all bills (Gas, water, electric, internet and council tax) are included.

Priority will be given to those who can agree to at least at least a 3 month tenancy agreement.
