Housemate sought for lovely small double in Easton

We are: Three working professionals 30-33, and two cats (Gandalf and Chairman Meow). We are an eclectic mix of people and open minded to who you might be but do want someone a little bit grown up who can hold a conversation and who genuinely wants to be part of our home.

!!! IMPORTANT – BEFORE READING ANY FURTHER!!!! We have a cleaning rota (1 room per person per week) to keep the division of labour equal, and we will hold you to it. If you know you can’t seriously commit to doing your share without us having to ask then PLEASE STOP READING AND DO NOT APPLY!!! We will almost certainly not get along… which will be a waste of our time, and your own! Sorry, but this has been a big bug bear for us.

About us: We love… baking, gardening comics, movies, pubbing, cosy nights in, garden bonfires, BBQs, gigs, sharing house meals whenever we can, games (video, board, table top, the lot…). Two vegetarians/ wannabe vegans and a meat eater.

About the room: small but cosy and well-lit double which comes with exclusive use of the massive hallway cupboard for storage (photos to follow).

The house: Just off of St Marks Road, easy access to train, supermarkets and loads of pubs, living room and big garden with a massive vegetable plot.

No couples, the room won't fit you, and no pets as we already have two cats.
