Attic Room in Lovely House in Greenbank, Easton

We're looking for a lodger for our bright and spacious attic room. The room comes with a double bed, shelves, chair and drawers.

The house is large, attractive and homely with a big living room, a large kitchen and dining room area that opens on to a lovely back garden which is a wonderful sun trap and great place to relax. We have all the mod cons you'd expect inc dishwasher.. All bills, tv and fast internet are an extra £65 a month. We keep the house pretty tidy and are used to sharing as we've always lived in shared houses or had a lodger living with us.

The house is in a great location, close to parks, the popular Greenbank pub, great shops and cafes. Stapleton Road train station is just round the corner and we're very close to regular bus routes into the centre.

We are a family with two young children (4 and 3 years old) and are looking for the right person to fit into our relaxed, fun and friendly home. I'm a film maker, mostly working on promo and documentary work. My partner is a full time mum at the moment, but used to work as a fashion designer. So I guess you'd say we're creatives (when we get the chance!) We both like watching films and documentaries, love reading, cooking and having a laugh with our kids. We also both like keeping fit and my partner practices and teaches yoga when she has a spare minute.

We're all busy and out and about a lot in the days and weekends. We like festivals and camping trips over the summer, regularly all go swimming, hit up all the parks and local wood land walks, and hang out with friends and family.

The room would suit someone who was happy to hang out a little bit with us as a family whilst in, but the house is big enough to have your own space and do your own thing as there are two living rooms and the attic is very separate to the rest of the house. Plus the kids go to bed pretty early!
