Small double in cosy home

I am looking for a friendly, calm housemate to move in with me and the current housemate Nick, we are both support workers, in 26 he's 49, we live well together, he spends plenty of time in his room and we occasionally share meals and wine together, we both love to cook. We keep the place clean, but it is a lived in home, we are relaxed about sharing things such as milk and and butter. It's important that you do clean after yourself. Let me know what else you'd like to know. I like a drink and dance and the Plough occasionally, the house is lovely, the bedroom is fairly small but we have Netflix and prime in the lounge. I'm working and studying, we both work shifts so we are coming and going throughout the day.
