We have split the house up so that each of us has a large area to live in, so there is 2 rooms for 1 tenant & 1 large room for another. The landlord requires references & financial checks. Room is unfurnished but all kitchen appliances are included. Very close to cycle path & on one of the loveliest streets in Easton. Very relaxed atmosphere 'work hard, play hard'. Very clean & tidy, respectful, shared household perishables.
