SEEKING: Calm, Focused, Tidy Professional/Academic

We're looking for one housemate who is a good match for our Greenbank, BS5 house-share. For us, it's essential to create and maintain a calm, respectful, focused, organised, clean and tidy home for our productivity & flow, and so how the house works is organised around these values.

We want to save time for you and us and to follow COVID-19 guidelines, so please don't message us for a visit before you have fully explored the Spinattic virtual tour and decided that the space (the room size and the house facilities) and the way we live looks suitable for you. 

DETAILS
The room is approximately 8 square-metres. Furnished with double bed, shelving, hanging space, desk, chair; single occupancy only.

Sharing with 4 housemates, including the owner. We are pro-active about good communication, about being respectful of each other and our boundaries, about authentic relating and empathic listening as housemates, and about looking after our home together.

We are independent and motivated and focused on our own activities, work, studies and goals and so the house is optimised for flow-states and personal and group flow is prioritised.

Rent is inclusive of bills, shared household items, some regular cleaning and some deep cleaning. The rest of the cleaning is shared.
Deposit of 1 month's rent and 2 references are required.
Long stays are preferred, ideally a year; no maximum length stay.

THE HOUSE
Very large, comfortable, well-decorated, spacious, clean and well-organised home.  3 bathrooms. Large, fully equipped shared kitchen. Lounge/yoga room. Sunny, south-facing garden with patio. WiFi in all parts of house and garden. On-street parking. Secure, covered cycle-parking. No pets. No smoking inside the house.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
Quiet residential neighbourhood with many good shops, cafés, amenities and pubs within a 3-minute walk, and lots of interesting things going on locally. In the greenest part of Greenbank in one of the most vibrant neighbourhoods in Bristol. 

LOCATION
Located 2-miles from the city centre. 15-20 minutes by bus to the Centre. The bus stops are only a 5-minute walk away for buses 13, 24, 48, 48a, 49, 506. Buses 48a and 13 go to UWE. Y2 to Yate. Stapleton Road train station is a 9-minute walk away with trains to Bristol Temple Meads, Bristol Parkway, Cardiff, Yate, and the Severn Beach Line with all stops in between. The Bristol-Bath cycle path is a 2-minute cycle away. By car, it’s 3-minutes by car to the M32 and the A4320 Ring Road.
