Housemate wanted for 3 bedroom house with pets

Looking for a housemate for a 3 bedroom house in Easton (near the Stapleton Rd train station).

You'd be living with:

Me (F): I'm 31 years old, Portuguese, vegan, work in a vegetarian foods wholesaler workers co-op.
My hobbies go from nature walks to netflix binging, and gigs.

Carlos (M), 40 years old, portuguese, omnivore, professional car painter.
Hobbies go from skateboarding to gigs and videogames.

Eco-Terrorist (M) the dog, about 10 years old, rescued from the streets of Portugal, loves cuddles, food and to dream he's Forrest Gump in his sleep.

2 indoor cats, also rescued from Portugal:
Crook-Bambino (M), 6 years old, the happiest and most confident cat in the world (albeit being very clumsy!!), super playful, loves fetching balls and chilling on people's shoulders like a parrot.
Michonne-Warrior (F), about 9 years old, a bit bossy with other animals. A bit shy at first with humans but she'll easily become the sweetest, most talkative and loudest purring cat ever as soon as you gain her trust.

The room:
Single room, enough space for a single bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers.
I think it would look dope with a mezzanine bed with desk or sofa underneath, I could help you build one if you'd like.
The house has an attic, that whilst it's not walkable, it's ok for storage of bulk items not often used (suitcases for instance).
Rent is 280£ pcm plus bills (which average 110£ pcm).

We're basically looking for someone that would respect the house, the animals, and us. Is that much to ask for? :P

We don't care about which sex you were born with or identify with, nor your sexual orientation, age or nationality, as long as you're not a tory ;)

We keep it pretty chilled at home, sometimes we have friends over for drinks but nothing too wild apart from special occasions (NYE, bdays) so we're not looking for a party-animal!

We have a cleaning rota but mainly just try to clean after ourselves when using communal spaces, so the house is usually always tidy.
