Flat is fully equipped and has high quality fittings. Room is furnished with double bed, two bedside tables and wardrobe. There is also a desk for you in the living room, and bed linen provided if needed. Modern electric wall heaters throughout.

I like to keep the place tidy and clean, so it's important to me that tenants do the same.

Bus stop right outside with buses to town centre, Filton, Southmead, Fishponds, UWE, etc. Trains to Clifton just 8 min walk away. Plenty of on street parking.
