Double room in Queer Neurodivergent house with cat

My friend Immy and I just viewed a newly renovated 3 bedroom flat on Brixton Road in Easton, and are looking for a 3rd flatmate. The council tax is band A.

A little about us.

I'm Alex, female, queer, neurodivergent, 30, and work part time as a circus artist and part time doing remote work, generally from home but sometimes from a coffee shop. I sometimes travel for gigs for a few weeks at a time, depending on the gig. I have two cats, Freya and Loki. They're sisters, about 7 years old, and absolute cuddle bugs who tend to sleep all day. When I'm home, I love crafting and board games, or cooking and sharing a meal together.

Immy is nonbinary, 32, neurodivergent, and a physiotherapy student with a knack for professional cheffing and cleaning. She's all about creating a cozy home where we can share delicious meals and keep things tidy. 🍲✨ While focused on their studies, she's also down for some good company and fun times. She also has an adorable cat Elijah, a pretty chill boy of 3! 🐾😻

We want a nice balance of space and communal hanging, but our main priority is honest and direct communication so everyone feels comfortable at home.

A little about the place. It's an unfurnished 3 bedroom 1 bathroom flat on Brixton Road, in Easton. You'll have the largest room upstairs. Rent is £710 per room, plus utilities. We are aware that this will be a 3 cat household so we aren’t considering for any additional pets. We will have a robot vacuum that runs daily to keep the cat hair down. Additionally, we have things to fully stock the kitchen.
