Large double room in house in Easton (with a dog)

Hi,

I am Bea, a 37 year old, hike loving, wine drinking, avid cook and dinner party lover.

I am looking for someone to rent the master room in my 3 bed house where I live with our dog Ottie. (A 4yr old rottie x dobie and a very sweet girl).

The room has a large king size bed, wardrobe and a desk. The house is a three bed. (One I use as a study as I work from home 3-4 days a week and one a spare room). I have the loft space upstairs.

There is a cosy lounge and a separate dining room with a log burner. The kitchen is small and tired but well equipped as I love cooking. The bathroom is downstairs and has a nice bath and shower.

The garden is small but pretty with a tree, bbq and sofa. (Needs a good clean up ready for summer!)

I want to live in a cosy and calm space, where we share the space. I work a lot and in the evenings I like to finish work and cook, read, listen to books, and watch tele or head out to see friends. Then on the weekend I like to go out walking with the dog or have friends over for dinner. I often boil the kettle and never make the tea, burn toast and will always get excited about a new condiment!

I've lived in many shared houses and know it's a fine art of understanding one another. I'd like to start with 6 months or shorter and if works for us both then would consider longer. My dog is lovely, a good snuggler and she is my best bud. I sometimes work away so usually have a dog sitter come over to take care of her. I am vegan, the dog eats meat though so it is in the house.

I have a cleaner come once a fortnight which makes it easier to keep on top of things. And that will be included along with all the other bills.
