I have a spare room in a two bed flat in BS5 available from August 1st and it’ll be a 12 months contract. The flat is an 8min walk from Stapleton Station, right next to multiple grocery stores and cafés, as well as a 4min walk from several busses. Great location, a walking distance from Eastville Park and the bike path! Rent is £600 plus utilities which are usually really cheap.
