A three bedroom house located in the peaceful Easton area. The room available is double room and comes fully furnished with plenty of storage cupboards. Amenities (St Marks Road/Stapleton Road) are located not far from the property and 20mins walking distance to the City Center. Also there are buses and Stapleton Road Train station 5mins walking distance. The house has one shared bathroom upstairs, a shared lounge, fitted kitchen and a small garden. The bills are all inclusive which includes gas, electricity, water, TV licence/broadband.
We ideally need a down to earth, friendly person who can clean up after themselves and the house, and can show respect to their fellow housemate and neighbours. If interested, give me a call.
